Preparatory Announcement for the International Association of Iconic Linguistics (No. 2)

To promote in-depth research and widespread dissemination of sign linguistics, and to advance the development of sign languages globally, I, as the founder of sign linguistics, am organizing the establishment of the International Society for Sign Linguistics.
        1. We welcome individuals and organizations from around the world to participate in our preparatory activities as volunteers and unpaid workers, aiming to gather the necessary conditions for the establishment of the research association: a research association premises, funds, and other required conditions.
        Second, after the preparatory conditions for the research association are completed, registration and registration procedures shall be carried out. The International Research Association of Marked Linguistics can be established in any country and registered in any country.
        Third, after the research association is registered, the "International Conference on Iconolinguistics: Establishment Assembly and First International Symposium on Iconolinguistics" will be held.
           4、 The research association holds a world-class seminar on semiotics every year, and develops research projects and other linguistic activities related to semiotics.
           5、 The International Association for the Study of Sign Linguistics has established a website and launched an electronic academic journal called "Sign Linguistics", which is solicited and distributed worldwide. People from all over the world can browse the electronic journal "Sign Linguistics" through the website and subscribe to it for free via email.
         6、 The constitution of the research association shall be stipulated in another document.
         7、 The establishment method of the residence of the International Institute of Linguistics:
      （1）. Cooperation mode: The cooperating party shall invest in establishing a five-star international hotel in the capital of a country in collaboration with the International Research Association of Sign Linguistics. A portion of the rooms (approximately 500 to 1000 square meters) in the hotel shall be used by the International Research Association of Sign Linguistics, while the remaining rooms shall be used for the operation of the hotel. The operating profit shall be shared between the cooperating party and the International Research Association of Sign Linguistics, and the sharing ratio shall be determined through negotiation. It is recommended that the research association share 30% or 40%. The popularity of the research association in the world is gradually increasing. The association holds an international research conference every year, with scholars, professors, and experts from all over the world. Its research activities also involve scholars from all over the world, which is conducive to the improvement of the hotel's reputation and profit. The Cooperation Protocol has been negotiated and determined.
      （2）. The establishment of the residence of the Linguistics International Research Association can also accept donations, and the Linguistics International Research Association grants the donor a lifetime honorary president.
      （3）. Attach to a university and determine the affiliation method based on the situation of different universities. After the establishment of the Institute of Sign Linguistics, the above two methods are still effective, and the International Institute of Sign Linguistics can still be created.

The section of the electronic journal "Logo Linguistics" has been established. If you would like to participate in research activities in Logo Linguistics and communicate with each other, please send me the information and I will copy it to the electronic journal section of the website.

为了推动标识语言学的深入研究和广泛传播，为了推动全球范围的标识语言的发展，我以标识语言学创始人身份筹备创建标识语言学国际研究会。
        一，欢迎全世界范围的个人和单位以志愿者义工身份参与我的筹备活动，筹集创建研究会的条件：研究会住所，资金。。。其他所需要的条件。
        二，研究会的条件筹备完成之后，办理登记注册。可以在任何国家登记注册，标识语言学国际研究会可以设立在任何国家。
        三，研究会登记注册完成之后，召开“标识语言学国际研究会成立大会暨第一届标识语言学国际研讨会”。
            四，研究会每年召开一次世界级的标识语言学的研讨会，每年制定一些标识语言学的研究项目，语言学的其他研究活动。
            五，标识语言学国际研究会设立网站，创办电子版的学术期刊“标识语言学”，面向全世界征稿和发行，全世界人可以通过网站浏览《标识语言学》电子期刊，免费邮箱订阅。
        六，研究会章程，另文规定。
        七，标识语言学国际研究会的住所的建立方式：
1，合作方式：合作方出资与标识语言学国际研究会合作在一个国家的首都建立一个五星级国际大酒店，大酒店的一部分房间（大约500到1000平方米）标识语言学国际研究会使用，其余房间为大酒店营业使用，营业利润合作方与标识语言学国际研究会分成，分成比例协商确定，建议研究会为三成或四成。研究会在世界上的知名度逐渐提高，研究会每年召开国际研究会，来自世界的学者教授专家，平时的研究活动也有来自世界各地的学者，有利于大酒店的知名度的提高，有利于大酒店的利润的提高。《合作议定书》协商确定。
2，标识语言学国际研究会的住所建立也可接受捐款，识语言学国际研究会授予捐款人终身名誉会长。
3，挂靠在一所大学，根据不同的大学的情况确定挂靠方式。挂靠成立了标识语言学研究会之后，以上的两种方式仍然有效，仍然可以创建标识语言学国际研究会。
