This year marks the tenth anniversary of the founding of the International Language Organization (ILO), and this provision has been reissued to commemorate it.

      In 2008, I launched the International Language Organization. In my personal capacity, I appealed to the world for the establishment of the International Language Organization. I tried to contact a country to provide residence and diplomatic treatment to the International Language Organization and become the founder of the International Language Organization.

In order to win support, I also want to thank the supporters. In order to determine the achievements and historical status of the supporters, I also want to identify the supporters who have made a particularly significant contribution as the Honorary Chairman of the International Language Organization for life.

First, to determine the method.
      1. Supporters'support, sponsorship, helping me to do things, providing advice, and so on. At different times when I founded the International Language Organization, the contributions of supporters have different values. In general, sponsoring a million dollars can become a lifelong honorary chairman. In my extremely difficult and critical situation, less than a million dollars in sponsorship may also become a lifelong honorary chairman. When I am about to succeed in founding the International Language Organization (ILO), I may not accept sponsorship. Even if I accept sponsorship, the sponsor can not become a lifelong honorary chairman, and can become a friendly person of the ILO.
 
      2. It is up to me to decide whether a person who has made a certain contribution can be identified as a lifelong honorary chairman. I will announce the list of lifelong honorary chairmen of the International Language Organization.

Second, treatment. 
      1. The Honorary Chairman of the International Language Organization (ILO) enjoys the honor of honor at the level of honor at the International Language Organization (ILO).
      2. The major events held by the International Language Organization, the order of attendance, the founder, the honorary chairman for life, the chairman, the vice-chairman and the heads of departments.

3. After the birth of the International Language Organization, in the case of a large number of honorary chairmen for life, the Association of Honorary Chairmen for Life was established. The President of the Association is my concurrent post. The Association is a permanent organization of the International Language Organization. After the death of the last honorary chairman for life, the Association was abolished.

4. The International Language Organization (ILO) helps the Honorary Chairman of Lifetime to solve all kinds of difficulties.

5. Lifelong Honorary Presidents may hold the passport of the International Language Organization for life and enjoy diplomatic treatment in all countries of the world.

6. The Honorary Chairman of the International Language Organization (ILO) will be briefed on important matters and seek advice.

7. The International Language Organization (ILO) supports the Honorary Chairman for Life to apply for his former residence as a world historical and cultural heritage.

8. The Founder, Chairman or Vice-Chairman may be invited to participate in major events held or participated by the Honorary Chairman for Life.

9. The headquarters of the International Language Organization (ILO) has established the residence of the Honorary Chairman for Life, which covers an area of not less than 150 square meters. The Honorary Chairman for Life and his family members can live in the residence, including spouses, parents and descendants. After the death of the Honorary Chairman for Life, the residence was retrieved. However, in special circumstances, the family members were allowed to continue to live for a certain period of time.

10. The International Language Organization (ILO) equips the honorary chairman for life with a special car, which bears the diplomatic licence of the ILO, and is withdrawn after the death of the honorary chairman for life.
      11. After the death of the Honorary Chairman for Life, the International Language Organization held a memorial service, flying the flag at half-mast.
      12. The history of Lifelong Honorary Chairman is recorded in the historical materials of the International Language Organization. The exhibition hall has a booth for Lifelong Honorary Chairman.

今年是我发起创立国际语言组织的十周年，再次发布本规定以表示纪念。

《关于国际语言组织终身名誉主席的确定办法和待遇的说明》

2008年，我发起创立国际语言组织，我以个人身份向全世界呼吁国际语言组织的创立，争取联系到一个国家给国际语言组织提供住所和外交待遇，成为国际语言组织创始国。
我为了争取支持，同时，也是为了感谢支持者，为了确定支持者的功绩和历史地位，确定做出特别重大贡献的支持者为国际语言组织终身名誉主席。
      一，确定办法。
      1，支持者的支持方式，赞助，帮助我做事务，提供建议，等等。在我创立国际语言组织的不同时期，支持者的贡献具有不同的价值。在一般的情况下，赞助一百万可以成为终身名誉主席。在我极端困难危急情况下，赞助低于一百万也可能成为终身名誉主席。在我创立国际语言组织即将成功的情况下，我可能不接受赞助了，即使接受赞助，那么，赞助者也不能成为终身名誉主席，可以成为国际语言组织友好人士。
      2，对于做一定的贡献的人，能否确定为终身名誉主席，由我决定。国际语言组织的终身名誉主席人员名单，由我宣布。
      二，待遇。
      1，国际语言组织终身名誉主席在国际语言组织享受元勋级荣誉。
      2，国际语言组织举行的重大活动，出席人员的顺序，创始人，终身名誉主席，主席，副主席，各部门负责人。
      3，国际语言组织诞生后，在终身名誉主席数量较多的情况下，成立终身名誉主席联谊会，会长由我兼任，联谊会为国际语言组织的常设机构，最后一名终身名誉主席去世后，联谊会撤销。
      4，国际语言组织帮助终身名誉主席解决各种困难。
      5，终身名誉主席可以终身持有国际语言组织护照，在世界各国享受外交待遇。
      6，国际语言组织的重大事情向终身名誉主席通报，征求意见。
      7，国际语言组织支持终身名誉主席把故居申请为世界历史文化遗产。
      8，终身名誉主席举行或参与的重大活动，可以邀请创始人，或主席，或副主席参加。
      9，国际语言组织总部设立终身名誉主席官邸，面积不低于一百五十平米，终身名誉主席和家人可以居住，家人包括，配偶，双方父母，子孙。终身名誉主席逝世后，官邸收回，但是，如有特殊情况，允许其家人继续居住一定时期。
      10，国际语言组织为终身名誉主席配备专车，挂国际语言组织外交牌照，终身名誉主席逝世后专车收回。
      11，终身名誉主席逝世，国际语言组织开追悼会，降半旗。
      12，在国际语言组织的历史资料中记载终身名誉主席的事迹，展览厅设置终身名誉主席展位。
